Dear Friends,
It is an
exciting time to be part of a Unity Church. At no other time in the history
of the Unity movement have we been so clear about who we are and what
we do.
I
am honored to serve in leadership at the national level and am the Regional
Representative for the 72 churches of the Southwest Region of Unity Churches
and also a member of the National Standards Team. I was at Unity Village
last month to hear CEO Rev. James Trapp at Unity Village. I am pleased to
share the mission and vision statements of The Association of Unity Churches
International with you today:
Our Mission - Who we are: We create and support vibrant,
diverse spiritual leaders and communities that foster transformation and
inspire people to make a positive difference in our world.
Our Vision - What we do: Centered in God, we co-create a
world that works for all.
Our church has its own important part to play.
Our mission and vision statements support the Association’s mission and
vision. They are proudly displayed in our foyer and also throughout this
presentation today. We invite you to hold them with us as your intention.
You have your own important part to play.
Each of us is charged with the responsibility of transforming
ourselves so that we can make a positive difference in our world. We do
this by being centered in God, minute by minute, day by day. Thank you for
your commitment to expressing your highest Self in this church and in this
world.
Together
we do make the difference!
With Love and Blessings,
Rev. Nancy
